Growing for a new generation
To maintain its position as a leader and innovator in retirement living, Emerald Heights is planning an exciting expansion of our Redmond campus, which will include:
- New apartment homes: 43 new apartment homes will offer territorial views, quality interior finishes, in-home washers and dryers, and under-building parking. Plans for all Trailside homes include fully equipped, modern kitchens and optional gas fireplaces. The one-bedroom homes include one full and one half bath and an optional den. The two-bedroom homes include at least two full baths; some include an additional half bath and optional den.
- New community spaces: Additional areas of expansion include a new, state-of-the art fitness center and swimming pool. A multi-purpose auditorium (the Pavilion), with flexible meeting spaces will be completed in 2013. Future renovations are planned that will introduce innovative dining venues (from casual bistro and pub-like settings to fine dining).
Residents in the expanded campus will enjoy all the services and amenities Emerald Heights offers, including restaurant-style dining, housekeeping and flat laundry services, social programs, fitness classes, regularly scheduled transportation, wellness clinic care, time-unlimited assisted living and skilled nursing care in The Corwin Center, and enjoyment of all the community spaces, including the Fitness Center, Craft Room, Wood-working Shop, Green House, Golf Putting Green, Nature Trail, Library and much more.
