While many of our residents choose Emerald Heights for its location, services and amenities, others select Emerald Heights for its superior continuum of services.

Other communities may offer long-term care, but they often charge much higher fees when these services are required. Emerald Heights does not.

Emerald Heights is a Type A (extensive contract) life care community, which affords residents both financial security and peace of mind. Should they ever require assisted living services or 24-hour-a-day skilled nursing care, these will be provided for as long as needed, with no increase to their monthly service fees.
