Personal Trainers offer extra guidance and inspiration
Our new Personal Training sessions, now available to residents for a modest fee, raises our fitness program to a new level. In these 30-minute, private sessions, residents receive personalized instruction in the proper technique for each exercise and a personalized fitness plan designed to help them achieve their individual goal, whether it is to build strength, improve their balance or get out of a wheelchair.
