Are you ready to embrace a new year focused on your health and happiness? Join Emerald Heights in a 21-day health challenge to a happier and healthier you starting January 22nd to February 11, 2021. Each day brings a new activity, from a brisk morning walk to online creativity classes to healthy smoothie options. There is something for everyone!

Webinar Kick-Off

Take part in this interactive webinar where our fitness coordinator Ryan Schuhler kick-starts this challenge by teaching a seated TheraBand exercise class to improve your flexibility and strength – and you can follow along!

Plus, hear from our residents about how they enjoy active and independent lifestyles at Emerald Heights. And, at the end of your 21 days, return the completed calendar to be entered into a drawing for fun and healthful prizes. Ready, set, go!
